Within the property's four wooded hectares are five separate rental venues: from an open lawn for 150 people to a covered workshop pavilion for 45. Each has its own scale, its own shade, and its own light.

Birdwatching and Biodiversity

THE PROPERTY'S NATURAL WORLD

Guided Tour

SENDERO ECOVITAL

A guided tour for birdwatching and for observing the property's plants. The path is lined with guadua bamboo, Búcaro, and Caracolí trees, and follows the Aranzoque stream to where it meets the La Florida creek.

101 Registered Bird Species

The property is a birdwatching destination within the Bucaramanga Metropolitan Area. Among the 101 registered species are one endemic to Colombia and seven boreal migrants.

Endemic means it doesn't occur naturally anywhere else in the world. It's the most singular species in Vegas del Verde's bird record.

Seven of the 101 registered species are boreal migrants: birds that travel down from the northern part of the continent and find refuge in the property's four hectares.

The Vivero (our plant nursery) is a space for growing and selling plants, and a learning space that supports our nature-connection workshops.

ECOPOSADA

The Ecoposada (our guesthouse) is a cabin for eight guests within the park's four hectares, surrounded by guayacán trees, flowering hedges, and fruit trees.

Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: the cabin sleeps up to eight guests without anyone having to share. Waking up here means waking up inside the park, among the guayacán trees and the 101 bird species recorded on the property.

LEARNING OUTDOORS

Seven spaces for an entire class to spend the day outdoors: a stage, a workshop pavilion, bird and plant observation, pollinators, a trail, and a plant nursery. Hands-on environmental education, ten kilometers from Bucaramanga.
