Conditions for using this website and the services provided at Vegas del Verde.
1. Owner
Vegas del Verde is operated by 4 Family S.A.S., NIT 901.391.144-7, located at Vereda Río Frío, 500 meters past the Carabineros road, Floridablanca, Santander, Colombia.
2. Nature of the Information Published
The information on this site is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding commercial offer. Except for admission to the Sendero Ecovital, priced at COP $15,000 per person (approx. USD 4), this site does not publish rates: each service is quoted individually based on the date, duration, and number of guests.
3. Reservations
This site does not have an online booking or payment system. All requests are handled via WhatsApp at +57 316 675 8362 or by email at vegasdelverde.1@gmail.com. A reservation is only considered confirmed once Vegas del Verde has expressly confirmed it in writing.
4. Venue Rental Conditions
- The base rental is 4 hours, with the option of one additional hour.
- Includes Rimax chairs and tables.
- Does not include a sound system; the client provides it.
- Outside food and catering are allowed for events only.
- Maximum capacities are: Alameda 150 people, La Vega 100 people, Teatrino 70 people, Taller 45 people, and the Sports Field 30 players plus 20 spectators. These may not be exceeded.
5. Hours and Access
The property is open Monday through Sunday, from 6:00 a. m. to 10:00 p. m. Access may be restricted due to weather conditions, maintenance work, or safety reasons. Vegas del Verde has private security, parking, restrooms, and wifi.
6. Conduct and Care for the Environment
Vegas del Verde is a 4-hectare natural refuge with protected wildlife and plant life. Visitors agree to respect posted signage, to not feed or disturb the animals, to not remove plants, and to dispose of waste in the designated points. Birdwatching activities always take place along the routes indicated by staff.
7. Vivero
The Vivero (our plant nursery) operates under ICA registration, Resolution No. 00000819 of February 3, 2025. The availability of plant species, fertilizers, and decoration accessories depends on each season's production.
8. Ecoposada
The Ecoposada (our guesthouse) has capacity for 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and includes breakfast, air conditioning, wifi, and parking. Stay conditions are confirmed at the time of booking.
9. Intellectual Property
The brand, text, logo, and photographs on this site are the property of 4 Family S.A.S. or their respective authors. Bird photographs were contributed by participants in the Vegas del Verde photography contest and retain their author's credit. Reproduction is not permitted without prior written authorization.
10. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the Republic of Colombia.
