4 Family S.A.S., identified with NIT 901.391.144-7, located at Vereda Río Frío, 500 meters past the Carabineros road, Floridablanca, Santander, Colombia, is the party responsible for processing personal data collected through this website and through Vegas del Verde's contact channels.

2. Legal Framework
This policy is adopted in compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015, and other Colombian regulations governing the protection of personal data.

This website does not have registration forms or an online booking system. Personal data is collected only when a person voluntarily writes to us via WhatsApp, email, or our social media channels. In those cases, we may process:
- Full name.
- Phone or WhatsApp number.
- Email address.
- Information about the event or service being requested.
4. Purposes
- Responding to requests for information, quotes, and reservations for spaces, experiences, the Vivero, and the Ecoposada.
- Coordinating the logistics of contracted services.
- Issuing invoices and meeting accounting and tax obligations.
- Sending information about Vegas del Verde's activities, only when the person has authorized it.
5. Data Subject Rights
Every data subject may access, update, correct, and delete their personal data, request proof of the authorization given, be informed of how their data has been used, and revoke authorization when the law allows it. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To display the location map, we load satellite imagery from Esri, and fonts are served from Google Fonts; both providers may log the IP address from which those resources are requested, in accordance with their own policies.
